The 2022 Professional Scientists Employment and Remuneration Survey, conducted by Professional Scientists Australia in conjunction with Science and Technology Australia is now open.
This short questionnaire, open to all professional scientists, is the basis for our annual report on professional scientist pay. PSA and STA produce the only comprehensive report providing pay transparency across all scientific disciplines. This data is used to advocate and campaign for improvements where they are needed.
This is why it is so vital that all scientists take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.

Like any data set, the higher the n value, the more reliable the results. So with that in mind please take a second to also share the survey link with your co-workers and contacts. Every response gets us a more accurate picture of the experiences of scientists both in their day-to-day working lives but also across their entire careers.
Submissions close on the 7th of August, 2022. No identifying details are required, responses are confidential and will be handled in accordance with Professionals Australia's
privacy policy. Competition entry details are stored separate to your survey responses.
