Professionals Australia has launched the 2021 Women in STEM Survey that will remain open till the 6th of December.
The contribution women make to the STEM workforce is immense yet women comprise only 16% of the STEM qualified workforce with a persistent pay gap of over 20% in STEM.
Many of Professionals Australia's female members work in a STEM or STEM-related field and we want you to tell us about the issues you face at work. By gaining this understanding, we can ensure gender equity remains a priority during and after COVID-19 and ensure an informed gender lens in our advocacy around recovery priorities.
Help shape the future for women in STEM professions by taking this survey to provide valuable feedback and go into the draw to win one of two $500 JB HiFi vouchers.
Results from the survey will be published in a report in 2021.
